In line with other medical information the data will be held for 7 years after you were last seen. The data is stored on secure servers owned by a company called Cliniko through which we run our clinic management software.

This data processor does the following activities for us: As the processor of your data, Cliniko helps us to meet your needs as a controller—They provide us with the tools needed to comply with your patients\' requests. Below is a list of requirements related to our use of Cliniko, and how they help us comply with those requirements:
Remove patients from marketing-related communications.
Modify patients\' personal details.
Provide patients with a copy of all their personal information.
Delete all of a patient\'s information from Cliniko.
Record whether or not a patient has consented to your clinic\'s privacy policy.
Let patients consent to your privacy policy when booking online.

Duty of confidentiality
We are subject to a common law duty of confidentiality. However, there are circumstances where we will share relevant health and care information.
